Information Collection

Bali Bobo Hostel collects the information in different ways

• During the reservation process, the resort collects name, phone number, email address, credit card details, arrival and departure dates, and flight details
• During check-in procedure, the resort collects name, address, passport details, e-mail address, and credit card details

The data that has been submitted to Bali Bobo Hostel, will be gathered and used to

• send survey or feedback request
• prepare and recognize our guests' next stay
• respond your suggestions
• manage the reservations and accommodation request

Secure the Reservations

Any reservations made via www.balibobohostel.com are linked to third party booking system, Booking Button that governs its own security procedure. The hostel understands the Booking Button prioritized the consumers' privacy.

Protecting your Information

Bali Bobo Hostel is committed in protecting the personal information of our guests. The resort has installed a program to secure all the data stored in the system. It is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to guarantee safe transmission. 

Cookies

Cookies are the data in computer browser tied with personal information. The hostel uses both session ID cookie which is terminated when the browser is closed, and a persistent cookie that can be removed following the procedure from the browser.

 

Check-In / Check-Out Policies

Check-In from : 02:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM

 

Payment , Property and Cancellation Policies:

• Free cancelation, no advance payment 
• Payment: Cash or 3% surcharge for credit and debit card payment.
• Prices are included tax
• Check out time is 11 am , overstay is charged at Rp.20.000/hour.
• Visitors are allowed only in cafe & garden area, stricly not in the bedroom  area 
• For hygene reason, only drinking water is allowed into the bedroom.  Other food & drinks are prohibited.
• The hostel management keeps  all rights to deny entry to the hostel for any guest who is under influence of drugs, alcohol and behaves in a threatening or abusive manner
• Luggage storage service is free during the day of check in and check out. Other days will be charged 10.000 IDR/day.
• Upon check in, guest must submit Rp.50,000 deposit and a copy of valid passport.  On check out day, upon returning key card and towel, Rp.50,000 will be refunded.  Guest must pay Rp.20,000 for failure to treturn keycard and Rp.30,000 for failure to return towel.
• Guest must stay at the registered bed and room only.
